AI agent delivery

Agents build it. Engineers sign it off.

We run AI agents through spec, tests, code, review and release on your product, in parallel and around the clock. Senior engineers, ours and yours, approve every gate before anything reaches production.

9 weeks on a regulated fintech's product.

What our agents and our senior engineer delivered into the client's 4 product repositories, counted from git.

9 weeksMon 10 Aug to Sun 11 Oct 2026
191pull requests merged
591commits
~73klines of code and tests

Method: counted from git over exactly 9 weeks, Monday 10 August to Sunday 11 October 2026, across the client's 4 product repositories. We count only our senior engineer's work: pull requests merged, commits, and lines added in code and tests, excluding docs, data files and lockfiles. The client's own engineers also committed in these weeks and their work is not in these numbers. The client is not named.

How it works

Agents do the work. Engineers hold the gates.

An orchestrator agent takes work from senior engineers, ours and yours, and runs it through specialist agents. Nothing moves past a gate until an engineer signs it off, and monitoring agents feed what they see in production back into the queue.

Senior engineers direct an orchestrator agent; a spec agent, 3 build agents, a review agent, a security agent and a release agent carry work through 3 gates to production; ops, infra and compliance monitoring agents feed back to the orchestrator. automation infra Senior engineers (ours + yours) Orchestrator agent Spec agent Build agent 1 Build agent 2 Build agent 3 Review agent Security agent Release agent Production Ops agent Infra agent Compliance agent monitoring agents feedback to the orchestrator Gate 1 Gate 2 Gate 3

Gate 1 · the specEngineers approve what will be built and how it will be tested, before any code is written.

Gate 2 · review and securityEvery change passes an independent review agent and a security agent, then an engineer reads the result.

Gate 3 · the releaseAn engineer signs the release. Nothing reaches production on an agent's word alone.

Where the automation infra runs

Our cloud

We host the automation infra on Google Cloud, isolated per client. You get the pull requests, the audit trail and the dashboards, and nothing to operate.

Your cloud

We install the automation infra in your own cloud account, so code, data and credentials never leave your boundary. Your security team keeps the keys.

Services

What we do for software and technology companies

Engage us for a single piece or the whole delivery. Every engagement is led by senior engineers.

Architecture & Design

System and data architecture for products built and run with AI agents, from a first design review to a target architecture and the roadmap to reach it.

Product Delivery with AI agents

We run the automation infra on your backlog. Agents spec, test, build and review; our senior engineers and yours sign off each gate. You see every pull request.

Operations & Infrastructure

Cloud infrastructure as code, CI and release pipelines, observability, and monitoring agents that watch production around the clock and raise what needs a person.

Compliance

Controls, evidence and audit readiness built into the delivery flow, with a compliance agent monitoring continuously and specialist auditors through our partner network.
